Frizinghall Primary School

Parent Partnership Team

At Frizinghall Primary School, we believe that effective and positive parent partnerships have a very real and lasting impact on improvements in pupil behaviour, attendance and achievement.  We encourage parents to be involved in their children’s learning, leading to improved outcomes in all aspects of school life.

My name is Miss Wetherall and I am the Deputy. I am also an Early Help Lead Practitioner and the Designated Safeguarding Lead. This means that I help to keep children safe in and out of school and try to help families. Our Early Help Offer and Safeguarding curriculum are available on the website. I am the Senior Leader Attendance Champion and work with Mrs Begum to meet our whole school attendance target of 96%.

My name is Mrs Begum and my job is to ensure that all children arrive at school on time and have good attendance. I am also the school’s Parental Involvement and Engagement Worker, based in the Inclusion Suite. I am here to provide a friendly and approachable point of contact for parents and families and encourage more involvement in the life of the school.

Hello, my name is Mrs. Rehman, and I'm your new Family Learning Mentor. I work in our school to assist students and families with any problems they may be facing. I'm here to listen, provide support and practical advice, and promote Frizinghall's core values.

I am Mr Fookes and I am the Achievement Support Officer. I support the Senior Leadership Team, the admin team, the teachers and the Parent Partnership Team.
